AC Line / Load Reactor

Product Overview & Application

AC line/load Inductors (Reactors) are designed to reduce harmonics caused by variable frequency drives (VFDs). They work on the line or load side, and by absorbing power line disturbances, reactors can protect inverters, variable speed controllers, or other voltage-sensitive equipment from damage or costly shut down.

  • Reduce electrical line noise
  • Protect and extend the life of S.C.R.’s and transistors

  • Important in achieving compliance to IEEE 519
